Rewards Card

  • Can I redeem my stamps at another outlet?

    As most of our outlets are managed by different franchise owners, all unredeemed stamps can only be redeemed and verified at the outlet of purchase with the original receipt within 2 weeks. Your receipt must also bear the “Redeem within 2 weeks from outlet of purchase” stamped message for authentication purpose. We seek your kind understanding that this process is put in place to ensure accountability and to avoid any possible discrepancies.

  • Can I combine my Rewards Card or transfer my existing stamps to a new card?

    Due to our internal tracking and analysis policy, we regret that Rewards Cards or stamps cannot be combined nor transferable.

  • What is the validity date of the Rewards Card?

    Please refer to the validity date at the top left page of the Rewards Card.

  • Can I request for an extension of validity date for my Rewards Card?

    Due to our internal tracking and analysis policy, we regret that extension of validity date is not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment caused.

  • Do all desserts come with the milk ball?

    Only some desserts in our menu come inclusive with a milk ball, while others do not. For milk ball lovers, we welcome you to add a milk ball for $0.50 each!

  • Are the products halal? Is it suitable for vegetarians?

    Our brand is not halal-certified, however rest assured that we do not use any gelatin or alcohol in any of our products. If you cannot consume dairy, do avoid our bean curd base desserts and milk ball (provided for in some of our menu items).

  • Are there no/less sugar options available?

    We offer 0 – 100% sugar level options for our whole range of teas available in the beverage menu. For our desserts, they are sweetened prior during production but for a lower sugar content choice, we recommend our grass jelly base desserts!

  • Do you offer any warm dessert/beverage options?

    We do not have any warm dessert/beverage options available as they are served chilled to maintain its freshness and quality. However for our range of teas, you may request for less or no ice upon ordering :)

  • How long can I keep my desserts for without refrigerating?

    All desserts should be chilled as soon as possible, if not consumed within 2 hours from pickup/delivery to avoid spoilage. As a little tip, before refrigerating your dessert, remove all chewy toppings (taro balls, black pearl and mini taro Q) and store them at room temperature first as they will harden in the refrigerator. Pop them back into the chilled dessert again when you are ready to enjoy!

Advance Orders/Delivery

We provide door-to-door delivery for all advance dessert orders with a $40 delivery fee and $10 packaging fee. Alternatively, you may also opt for self pick-up at one of our participating outlets listed. For more details and to place your order, please visit our ordering site!
